Hazard and Potential risks

A wet plug socket would cause a serious electric shock. This plug socket should be reported and either replaced or discarded. 

The insulation cover on the cable has detached and is exposing the wires. This has the potential to cause an electrical hazard. This cable should be reported and either repaired or discarded.
